In order to qualify, the recipe must meet the following criteria:

• The recipe must be an original recipe.
• No more than five ingredients may be used, excluding seasonings such as salt, pepper, etc.
• All ingredients must be listed.
• All of the fields on the online form must be completed.
• Ingredients need to be easily found (not too exotic – the easier the better).
• The recipe must contain specific cooking instructions (temperature, time, etc.).
• The recipe must include serving size.

Contest Rules:

• Recipes will be evaluated on taste, uniqueness, family appeal and ease of preparation.
• Incomplete recipes will not be eligible.
• Winners will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability release.
• Submission of recipes and photos grants the Horseradish Information Council the right to edit, adapt, publish, and market your recipes as it sees fit without any attribution or compensation.
• No employees of the Horseradish Information Council, their related subsidiaries and affiliate companies are eligible.
• Entrants must be 18 or older.
• Only residents of the United States are eligible.
• Judges decisions are final.
• All federal, state, and local regulations apply.
• Void where prohibited.
• Only the recipes submitted via the online formwill be considered.
