Cool Tuna Salad

Number of Servings: 2

1 Can (9¼ Oz.) Tuna, drained
2/3 C. Mayonnaise
¼ C. Prepared horseradish
1 Stalk Celery, diced
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbs. Onion, chopped fine
2 Tbs. Sweet pickle relish

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Serve in a tomato cup or on buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
