6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
½ C. mayonnaise
½ C. chopped Spanish (green) olives
2 Tbsp. horseradish
4 flour tortillas, sandwich size
In a large bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, olives and horseradish. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well. Spread evenly over tortillas and roll up. Add 2 tsp. prepared mustard for extra zip!
