Deviled Horse Eggs

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup horseradish
1 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
paprika

Instructions:
Split eggs lengthwise, scoop yolks into bowl, set whites aside. Mash yolks, add all ingredients except paprika. Blend well. Fill egg whites with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
