Smoked Salmon Sandwich Filling

16-oz. smoked salmon, chopped
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. bottled horseradish, drain well
1 Lg. tomato, sliced thin
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
Salt, optional

Mix sour cream with horseradish. Add salmon and pepper. Chill. Serve on buns or rolls. Spoon mixture and top with slice of tomato.
