Southwestern Horse Dip

Number of Servings: 8

4 small cans of refried beans
1 Med. onion, chopped fine
8-oz. shredded pepper jack/cheddar cheese
½ C. salsa
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Combine all ingredients and microwave or heat until cheese is melted. Adjust the consistency of dip by adding more cheese or more salsa for thicker or thinner dip. Serve with tortilla chips.
