Tomato Horseradish Salad Dressing

Number of Servings: 12 (Makes 1 ½ Cups)

2/3 Cup Oil
1/3 Cup Cider vinegar
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 to 3 Tsp. (to one’s personal taste) Creamy horseradish
2 Tbsp. Sugar (or artificial sweetener equivalent)
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper

Combine ingredients in jar. Cover; shake until sugar dissolves. Shake again before serving.
