Zesty Beets with Horseradish

Number of Servings: 10

4 (15-oz.) cans julienne beets
¾ C. red wine vinegar
¼ C. sugar
2 ½ Tbsp. horseradish

Drain beets. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. This dish can be made a day ahead.
