Beet Salad

Ingredients

1 Package Lemon Jello

1 15-Oz. Can Shoestring beets

1/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Cider vinegar

1 Heaping Tbsp. Horseradish

Instructions

Drain beets and add water to juice to make 1 1/2 Cup liquid. Heat liquid and dissolve jello. Add 1/4 Cup sugar and 1/2 Cup vinegar and horseradish, stir. Pour liquid over beets and allow to gel.
