Beaverton Foods

In 1929, Beaverton Foods was founded by an Italian immigrant, Rose Biggi, when she started bottling horseradish in the cellar of her Beaverton, Oregon farmhouse to support her family through the Great Depression. From those humble roots, Beaverton Foods now produces some of America’s favorite specialty condiments, boasting 5 major brands – Beaver Brand, Inglehoffer, Red Duck, Pacific Farms, and Tulelake – with their products winning over 150 awards.

From developing America’s first bottled Cream Style Horseradish in 1951 and Honey Mustard in 1972, to pioneering modern favorites like Ghost Pepper Mustard and Cranberry Mustard, Beaverton Foods creates innovative, unique, and delicious condiments — pushing flavor boundaries and introducing new classics.

Nearly a century later, the Biggi Family continues to innovate and has become the largest distributor of specialty condiments in the United States. Their condiments are frequently recognized by the National Mustard Museum and at the Worldwide Mustard Competition!
