Emerald Isle Creamy Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients

3/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup scallions, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh basil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon bottled horseradish

salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In a blender or food processor combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, scallions, basil, parsley, lemon juice and horseradish. Blend well until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste and process briefly to blend flavors. Serve on salad of fresh mixed greens.
