Carrots in Horseradish Sauce

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:
8 carrots, sliced and boiled
½ C. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions:
Mix all together and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
