Bloody Mary on Horseback

Ingredients:
1 Oz. Vodka
Lemon pepper
1/2 Tsp. Horseradish
1 Tsp. A-1 sauce
Lime wedge
Celery seed
Ice
Tomato juice
Garnish
Instructions:
Place ice in a shaker, sprinkle lemon pepper, celery seed, horseradish (use more if more heat is desired), A-1 sauce and vodka over the ice. Fill with chilled tomato juice, shake vigorously to blend and pour into a chilled mug. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and garnish with celery stick, chilled cooked shrimp, pickled mushroom or whatever you desire.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Oz. Vodka
3 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
3-5 Dashes Tabasco sauce
1/4-1/2 Tsp. Horseradish
Celery salt
4-6 Oz. Tomato juice
Instructions:
Fill shaker with ice. Pour in vodka, add sauces, horseradish and celery salt to taste. Add tomato juice. Shake vigorously to blend. Prepare tall glass by rubbing the rim with fresh lemon. Pour shaker into glass and enjoy. Also nice to garnish with olives, celery stick or spicy string bean.
Firey Bloody Mary

Try this hot and spicy recipe, along with other horseradish recipes for hot and spicy food, including Spicy Noodles Carbonara and Nice N’ Spicy Muffins.
Ingredients:
8-oz. Hot and Spicy V-8 Juice
1 jigger vodka
½ tsp. Worcestershire
½ tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Stir or shake all ingredients together. Serve over ice with celery sticks, skewered olives.
HO HO Hmmm Cocktail
Number of Servings: 6 (1 Cup)
Ingredients:
6 Cups Tomato juice
3 Beef bouillon cubes OR 3 Tsp. Beef bouillon granules
2 Tsp. Grated horseradish
1/2 Tsp. Ground black pepper
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a large saucepan (use a pan that is non-reactive to the acid in the tomato juice). Bring to a simmer. DO NOT BOIL. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in mugs. Can also be prepared in a crock pot. Be sure to crush the bouillon cubes and set the crock pot on low for 2-4 hours.
Horseradish Kick Caesar Cocktail

Ingredients:
1-oz. Vodka
8-oz. Clamato juice
1 tsp. lime juice or a lime squeezed into glass
1 tsp. horseradish
½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Ice
Instructions:
Pour 1-oz. vodka into a salt-rimmed cocktail glass. Add 8-oz. Clamato juice and then lime, horseradish and Tabasco. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. Add desired about of ice. Stir and serve.

Ingredients:
Horseradish to taste
½ Shotglass vodka
1 Oyster
Instructions:
Place vodka in a shotglass. Add horseradish and stir. Add the oyster and “shoot” it down.
