Ingredients:
1 Lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
½ C. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 C. ketchup
1 C. beer
2 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 C. horseradish
Instructions:
Add all ingredients in slow cooker, except meatballs. Set on high and boil for 10 minutes. Set on low and add meatballs. Simmer 2 – 3 hours, serve in slow cooker.
