Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Flounder, flaked
1 Cup Creamy cottage cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded raw carrot
1/4 Cup Sweet relish
1 Tsp. Prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and chill. May be garnished with carrot sticks before serving with favorite crackers, chips and other raw veggies.
