Apple-Cabbage Horsey Slaw

Number of Servings: 8

3 Cups unpared red or green apples, cored and coarsely chopped
4 1/2 Cups Shredded green cabbage
1 Cup Sour cream
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl, lightly toss all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
