Ingredients:
1 Lb. Brunschweiger
¼ C. Butter (room temperature)
3 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
Parsley
Instructions:
With fork, mash Brunschweiger with butter. Cream in horseradish and add onion. Shape into a ball and roll ball in parsley. Serve with crackers.
