Horseradish Cream 2

1 Cup Sour cream
1/4 Cup Cream cheese, softened
9 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
Pinch of paprika (optional)

Cream softened cream cheese with the sour cream and lemon juice. Add the horseradish and mix well. Add the salt and pepper, adjusting to taste. Pour into individual dishes. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
