Horseradish Yorkshires

Ingredients:
1 C. flour
1 C. milk
½ tsp. salt
2 Lg. eggs
2 Tbsp. horseradish
Roast drippings

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour in hot roast drippings. Pour into muffin pan and bake at 425º for 20 minutes.
