Hot ‘n Spicy Savannah Artichoke Crab Delight

Number of Servings: 6-8

2 Cans (14-Oz. each) Artichokes, well-drained, chopped
1 8-Oz. Can Refrigerated pasteurized lump crabmeat, picked over
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise (can use low fat or fat free)
2-3 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish, to taste
2 Cups (8-Oz.) Fancy shredded Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into ungreased 10-inch quiche or similar dish. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
