Jeanne’s Mean Greens

Number of Servings: 4

2 c frozen spinach or other favorite greens
1/3 c sour cream
1/8 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T chopped walnuts

1. In covered 10-inch skillet, steam spinach with 1/4 c. water until cooked, about 4 minutes.
2. Drain thoroughly. (The water is good for you or your plants.)
3. Over low heat, stir in remaining ingredients.
Four one-half cup servings
