Potatoe Oh’Patties

Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 Tablespoon butter

Instructions:
1.) In bowl mix mashed potatoes and egg.
2.) Combine horseradish, ham and parsley into potatoe mixture.
3.) Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 12 inch skillet over medium
heat.
4.) Shape potatoe mixture by 1/2 cupfuls into patties.
5.) Drop patties into skillet.
6.) Fry 7-10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
