Horseradish Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

¼ C. plus 2 tbsp. Oil

1/4C. chopped onion

2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar

1 garlic glove, crushed

2 Tsp. Horseradish

1 tsp. Dijon style mustard

½ tsp. Dried basil, crumbled

½ bay leaf, crushed

Instructions

Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow dish. Add fish or chicken, (about one pound), turning several times to coat with marinade. Let stand at least one hour, turning occasionally. Then grill, basting frequently.
