Rooty’s Cold Pasta Sauce

Number of Servings: 4

4 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tsp. Lemon juice
3 Tsp. Prepared horseradish
2 Tsp. Honey mustard
2 Tsp. Dried basil

Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour over 8-Oz. of cooked pasta and stir well. Add baby corn, peas, carrots, etc., as desired. Allow to marinate for several hours in the refrigerator before serving.
