Sarah’s Horse Shrimp Spread

Number of Servings: 6

1/4 Lb. Cooked shelled shrimp
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 Tsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Pickle relish
Salt & pepper

Remove tail from shrimp and fine dice. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on bread, toast or crackers.
