Smoked Trout Mousse

1 tsp. minced dried onion
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 (2-oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, chopped fine
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine dried onion, mayonnaise, garlic salt and horseradish. Add chopped smoked sliced beef and softened cream cheese until well incorporated. Chill for 1 hour. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
