1 pint non-fat sour cream
16 ozs softened cream cheese
6 tablespoons shredded horseradish
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon chives
Several sprigs of fresh parsley or basil
In medium mixer bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, horseradish, hot sauce and chives with mixer on low speed. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve garnished with parsley or sprigs of basil.
