Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons bottled horseradis
2/3 cup low fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
salt & pepper to taste
chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor blend the horseradish, cream cheese mayonnaise and garlic until smooth. Transfer to small mixing bowl and stir in chopped onion, parsley, dill and shrimp. Season to taste. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with snack crackers.
