Zingy Slaw

Number of Servings: 4-6

4 cups shredded green cabbage
2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sliced radishes horseradish to taste
1/4 cup chopped onion (jarred is fine)
2 tb sugar
1tsp salt

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl prepare dressing (next 5 ingredients)in a separate container. Take 1/3 cup dressing and mix into vegtables.
Prepare 1-3 hours before serving as it can get soggy.
