Ingredients:
4 Large Ripe avocados
1/4 Cup Finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. Cream-style horseradish
1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
2 Tsp. Ground cumin
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Lemon pepper
Instructions:
Halve and pit avocados. Scoop out avocado flesh into medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or on taco salads. Refrigerate leftovers.
