2 Cups Cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 Cups Finely chopped celery
1 Small onion, finely minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Mustard
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. If you desire a “wetter” salad, add more mayonnaise. Serve as sandwiches or on a bed of lettuce, garnished with fresh tomatoes.
