ZIPPY MUFFINS

Number of Servings: 6 to 10 muffins

Ingredients:
1 pks Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 egg
1/3 C milk
1 T horseradish

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Let it rest for 3 or 4 minutes while greasing
muffin pans.
Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
